The professional information system German Education Index is a bibliographical database that provides comprehensive references to all areas of education. Most references to journals contain a link to the database of periodicals (ZDB) where information on the availability in libraries is recorded. The database is updated four times a year.
This information service is provided by the Educational Information system (FIS Bildung), a network of more than 30 cooperation partners from Germany and Switzerland.
